What to send us
Corrections and pricing updates
If a price on this site is wrong, tell us — include the page and a link to the vendor's current pricing page. We verify and correct within 48 hours, and update the verification date on the page. This is the most useful message you can send us.
Reader questions
Stuck between two tools? Tell us your team size, budget and the one workflow that has to work. We answer as many of these as we can, and the good ones become articles.
Vendors
We are happy to hear from software companies about product changes, pricing updates and factual corrections. To be clear about what we do not do: we do not accept payment for reviews, sponsored posts, guest articles, link insertions, or improved rankings. Those emails are deleted unread.
If you want your product considered for a category we cover, send us access to a working trial account and your current pricing. That is all we need.
Response times
- Corrections — verified and fixed within 48 hours.

- Link-building and sponsored content pitches — no reply.
Newsletter
We send one email a month: what changed in software pricing, and what we published. No sequences, no upsells, unsubscribe in one click. Sign up from any article page.
Common questions
Can I pay to be featured or reviewed?
No. We do not accept payment for coverage, placement, scoring or link insertions, and we do not publish sponsored content. We fund the site through display advertising and affiliate commissions, both of which are disclosed and neither of which affects editorial decisions.
Can I republish your comparison tables?
Brief quotes with attribution and a link are fine. Reproducing full tables, scoring data or substantial article sections is not — see our terms of use. If you want to license something, ask and we will usually say yes.
Will you review my product?
Possibly, if it competes in a category we cover and serves small businesses. Send trial access and current pricing. We cannot promise coverage or a favourable score, and we will not agree to review terms in advance.
